Kinetic Audio Innovations, d/b/a “Lyrekos,” uses the service providers below. We separate the application (the Lyrekos service at app.lyrekos.com, where your account, recordings, and sessions live) from the marketing website (this public site), because they run on different infrastructure and handle information differently.
What this means for the Lyrekos application
All of your application data — accounts, recordings, session metadata, logs, and backups — is stored in the United States, on hardware we own and operate in a colocation facility in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Live session audio routes through our own media server and never through a third-party relay.
The application client contains no analytics SDKs, no error-reporting services, no session-replay tools, and no support-chat widgets.
We do not send audio to any third-party AI, transcription, or processing service; alignment, mixing, and codecs all run on our own server. If that ever changes, we will update this page before it does, and we will not process your existing recordings under any new arrangement without your consent.
Transactional email is delivered through Google Workspace: recipient email addresses and message contents pass through Google’s infrastructure, which Google operates globally. This is the one category of data that is not confined to the United States.
Lyrekos does not currently process payments. When paid plans launch, payments will be processed by Stripe, which handles card details on its own PCI-compliant infrastructure; we do not store card numbers. This page will be updated to list Stripe at that time.
